Leisure Isle Festival! – Steenbok Nature Reserve

It’s that time of year!!

We have a stall on Treasure Isle at the festival, 9th & 10th November. And boy! do we have loads of goodies for you.

There will be sensory boxes. Stick your hand in them if you dare and guess what nature’s treasures are inside…

Queen Bee Nursery & pre-primary school also has a stall and will be face painting. They can paint one of our creatures on your face! If you do this you can get a free, groovy sticker from us. And aren’t these stickers GROOVY?!?

The most beautiful ladybird beanie is going to be raffled. Don’t miss out! Come get your tickets!

Master Brady Podion!

Our Knysna Dwarf Chameleon extraordinaire. This small indigenous reptile can be found in Steenbok Nature Reserve particularly at the Main Entrance. Keep an eye out for him and respectfully only take photographs of him. This little guy is very special to our region.

AND YES!! A 30cm replica of him will be raffled again this year. So try, try, TRY again.
