
Watsonia hybrid
This erect cormous perennial herb forms large clumps with strap-like leaves. The underground corms start to grow in late autumn and foliage is produced during the winter. The flowering stems appear in spirally twisted spikes of trumpet-shaped flowers arranged singly in opposite rows along the upper part of the stem and on side branches.
