Lobelia anceps

Erect or sprawling hairless perennial with prostrate branches that root at the nodes which loves to grow in warm, damp conditions. The leaves are ovate-elliptical are toothed. The exquisite tiny flowers appear in the axils of the upper leaves. The flowers can be compared to a fan due to the corolla tube being split to the base between : 2 upper petals which are tiny and stand upright and 3 much larger lower petals.
